Opsiton provides a browser-native security platform, related websites, support tools, and beta programs. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If your organization signs an order form, DPA, or separate agreement with Opsiton, those documents may supplement these Terms for the covered services.

You may use Opsiton only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your subscription, internal policies, and applicable law.

• You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not use Opsiton to violate the rights, privacy, or security of third parties.
• You are responsible for making sure your deployment and policies align with your legal and regulatory obligations.

Customers are responsible for the users, devices, API keys, integrations, and policy configurations associated with their organization.

Organization admins must keep credentials secure, assign roles appropriately, and promptly disable or rotate access that is no longer authorized.

You remain responsible for the data your organization processes through Opsiton and for the decisions you make based on alerts, logs, and enforcement actions.

Opsiton provides tooling for monitoring and response, but customers remain responsible for internal governance, workforce practices, and legal review of their own data-processing activities.

Certain features rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, and threat-intelligence integrations. Use of those services may also be subject to the relevant third-party terms.

Beta and early-access features, including Opsiton Transparent Sentinel, may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time. Beta features may not have the same support, availability, or commitments as generally available features.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription or written commercial terms.
